Completely submerged with greenery and boundless woods, the home features a beautiful garden with a garden shed for relaxation. A total of 23 people can stay in its 7 bedrooms. Ideal for a large group of friends and family on a vacation, this is a perfect home for spending time.
The villa is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor offers a living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a single bed, each with its own bathroom. The first floor is divided into two suites, each with a living room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The property is on the border with the Catanzaro Sila just 8 km from Lake Savuto and 20 minutes from Lake Arvo for a wonderful day out. For recreational activities, there are powerful quads that allow you to ride a beautiful track, which can also be travelled with modern mountain bikes.
The home has sun loungers, parking, and barbecue facilities as well. Enjoy the green environment while staying here. You can bring 5 pets along here. Sportfishing is practised in the company pond, there is also an area of about 25 hectares for dog training and sport hunting.
