This getaway is located 2.5 miles from the trail head of the Ricketts Glen State Park Falls Trail - home to 22 amazing waterfalls. The cabin is also in close proximity to Lake Jean - where you can rent a kayak/canoe, go to the sandy beach of the lake, swim, fish, or ice skate!

Enjoy the peace of country living or go mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, trail running, or hunting.
The cabin is in a very quiet location. The cabin is rustic yet has many modern amenities - air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), Wi-Fi, Sling TV, and outdoor fire pit and grill.
A child’s high chair and pack and play is available for use - free of charge.
This cabin has a large open living space with a loft and 3 bedrooms.

When staying between Nov - April some snow accumulation should be anticipated in the area. A FWD, AWD, or 4WD vehicle is best for these conditions - as driveways and roadways may have some snow cover.

FALLS TRAIL SYSTEM UPDATE: As of 4/1/25, the Falls Trail system is now fully open for the summer season with no restrictions. Please make sure you wear proper footwear for the rugged terrain (hiking boots, not flip flops or sneakers), bring plenty of water, know and do not exceed your physical ability level, and plan your route so you end up back where you parked.
