Positive: Location, next to the water, the pier with 2 hammocks
Negative: The property wasn't very well maintained with issues with toilet water leaking,stuck water handles in showers, rusted metal shelves curtain hanger brackets barely holding to the wall, oven temperature handle broken, etc. TV didn't have any cable and internet connectivity was too poor to stream anything, bbq outside didn't work either. The welcome email said that we can hire the caretaker to take us out on the boat but he said that he couldn't take us out since he had to prepare the neighboring property for the son of owners arriving in a few days
Summary: Overall, it could be a really great property with some work, which it desperately needs.
