Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a total capacity for 5 people. A living room with sofa bed for two people. All exterior overlooking the sea and with a nice soft sound waves to help you relax. All equipment in the house is new. Table and chairs for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. Outdoor furniture to enjoy the wonderful views. Located in the pleasant town of Vilanova de Arousa, next to the marina, parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and you can get them all walking, the wide beach of Sinas at 50 meters and two flag beaches blue a few minutes from there. 40 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and Vigo, 20 minutes from Sanxenxo, in face to the island of Arousa.
