Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Its location… close to train station and city centre. Spacious rooms.
Negative: All sofas, most chairs, the beddings are old and stained, making us feel not impressed. Especially the sofa are worn down and cushions are thin. So uncomfortable to sit on it after a while. The game room downstairs has a smell due to lack of air flow. The flooring upstairs is not carpeted and is noisy to walk. The second bathroom is also worn down and there is some mould on the wall near bath. Similar mould (due to water leakage) on the roof of the second bedroom. Roadside car parking is first come first serve so you may need to park it somewhere like train station. I appreciate it is a grade 2 listed town house and accept the fact that it has worn down over time but the things mentioned above could be done better with some investment.
Summary: Great location but the house needs to renovate a lot.
