Summary: Cleaning was not done well. Would ask the receptionist for cleaning but no one would show up day after day. Kids would run back and forth in the halls for hours from morning until midnight making it impossible for my kitten to sleep. Told the receptionist about this twice, who said she’ll speak to the kids/parents but seems to not have cared as it did NOT stop. For 12 whole days during my stay it was like this. Receptionist was also side eyeing us after this, not a very professional one. The gym is very very tiny, could barely get any exercises in as everything was occupied and crowded. They also charged me £80 (manager claiming I was supposed to be charged £170 but she’s doing me a favour by only charging me half of it) for my kitten “clawing up” their bed skirt despite me paying a fee beforehand to be able to keep her in a pet friendly room. It does not seem very pet friendly if you have a bed skirt that looks and feels like a clawing post, almost makes me wonder if this is done on purpose. Unfortunately, apart from all of this I wanted to recommend but do NOT, for the sake of your wallet and your pets well-being it is not worth it.
