3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Security
Our stone house located in Ayvalık center consists of two separate sections and has all the features of Greek architecture.
Our home, which can be preferred by two separate families or crowded groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday.
Our house has three floors and has 3 separate halls.
On the 1st and 3rd floors, there are two separate kitchens where you can set pleasant tables with your loved ones.
Our building, which has a historical history, is completely stone on the first floor and has a smart tv in the lounge, separate air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen, and bedroom. When you go up our wooden stairs, you will be greeted by a working area where you can carry out your work remotely. Right next to it are our dressing room section and two semi-bedrooms. Separate air conditioners are also available in our rooms in this section. On the upper floor, we have halls prepared in two different concepts. Both have smart TVs with Neflix and air conditioning. In addition, our lounge opens onto a cute balcony overlooking the trees. Also, the walking distance to the center is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by your car.
