Positive: This hotel is an oasis of peace in a crowded, loud city. Rooms are spacious. Staff are incredibly friendly. The pool is absolutely top-notch and always kept at a perfect temperature. The location is excellent - in a vibrant area full of restaurants and coffee bars, close to metro Rustaveli and even closer to various supermarkets which are open 24/7. Breakfast is now more than fine too. When the airconditioning in my room was malfunctioning, I commented on it and it was repaired immediately. This was my second time in this hotel, and the next time I am in Tbilisi I will definitely return. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
