Welcome to an amazing SUN-ctuary of a Vacation Home that has been beautifully restored with every detail in mind. There is “Romeo’s Retreat,” a spacious master bedroom. There is “Duke’s Den,” which boasts a unique double-queen bunkbed, and one-of-a-kind whimsical artwork. “Scout’s Landing” with a welcoming coastal vibe and a king-sized bed. "Salty Lounge" offers extra lounge space and sleeping area with a pull-out couch.
We had also recently added few amenities for your convenience: the outdoor areas will be accented by a stone fire pit within a beautifully landscaped front yard.
The AC mini splits in this home are in each of three bedrooms, the dining living room, area, and the Salty Dog lounge.

Space includes spacious kitchen, dining room, living room. Sleeping arrangements include first bedroom with one king-size bed with a closet, king size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen size bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a full bathroom on the same level as the three bedrooms. Second full size bathroom located off the kitchen area. The lounge includes QUEEN size pull out couch. All bedrooms have plenty of natural light, and overlook the beautiful two-acres!
