The property features three bedrooms: a master room with a private bathroom, safety box, and a breathtaking bathtub; a bedroom with two bunk beds; and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a workspace with a safety box. Additionally, there is another bathroom in the hallway and a third bathroom downstairs near the swimming pool.
For added convenience and comfort, the home is equipped with hot water, a solar panel system, and a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted service. Guests can also enjoy a Smart TV in two of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, providing entertainment options throughout the stay.

**Please don’t be alarmed if you see someone maintaining the pool. Some days at 9:00 a.m the property owner enters through the pool’s back gate (without accessing any interior areas of the house) to do level the water and do maintenance.
**Although you will have access to restaurants and other amenities at a walking distance, for those looking to explore further, renting a car is recommended, as it gives you the flexibility to visit nearby beaches, rainforest trails in El Yunque, and other charming coastal towns.
