Surrounded by a large tree and located in the municipality of Cala Ratjada, Sa Torre stands on a small hill from which you can see "Sa Torre Cega", one of the most emblematic mountains of the town, located between the beaches of Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida, in the eastern part of the fishing population. In fact, this newly remodeled Mediterranean-style residence is just 10 minutes from the center of Cala Rajada, 5 from Cala Agulla, one of the most enchanting white sandy beaches of the Mallorcan Levante, and 3 from Cala Lliteras, a beautiful Rocky cove with crystal clear waters where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Sa Torre has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room, plus several terraces, a barbecue area, pool and solarium. The residence has been restored this winter following the Mediterranean style of its original architecture and some new elements such as the pool and solarium have been introduced with the intention of making this traditional residence a perfect enclave to spend a relaxing holiday. In addition, since 2018 we have a bicycle maintenance and repair station with the "Cycling Friendly Silver" quality certificate.
The house belongs to the family since the 60s and has always been the preferred meeting place of the family during the holidays. During the winter, Sa Torre is the ideal place to enjoy long evenings around the fireplace, fun snacks in the heat of the winter sun and long walks near the coast or in the direction of the lighthouse of Cala Rajada, a truly unique enclave , just a few minutes from the residence.
In summer, however, Sa Torre is the perfect place to spend a memorable vacation, not only because of its proximity to the coast, but also because it is far from the bustle of the hotels in the area. This traditional Finca belongs to the family since the 1960ies and until late 1990ies was used by the family as a summer retreat where everyone could enjoy the proximity of the beaches as well a quiet siesta in the shades of the surrounding pines. However, thanks to its fireplace, Sa Torre is a fantastic holiday home for any time of the year because it can serve as a starting point for endless walks along the magnificent coastline or as a basis for golfers keen to improve their handicap on one of the several golf courses in the area.
