Positive: Prime location, close to everything. Right on the placa de opera. Close to placa mayor, puerto del sol, palacio del rey and grand via and all the shopping places. The team is nice and friendly, and was happy to help with everything. We even got upgraded to better rooms. Desmond was extremely nice and helped us find our way around Madrid, recommended points of interest, good places to eat or shop, and all with good will and a big smile. They even found a shirt my nephew forgot here few months ago, and kept it for me. Great shower.

Negative: The toilet and shower are separated, and the toilet seat was a bit too close to my pillow.
