Summary: We first arrived at our room a very bad smell is in the air. The toilet bowl would not flush and the phone did not work. We were move to another room. In this room, the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The floors were not mopped, and our visit was very poor. At that point I requested to speak with manager. I was told he was not available. Not a great location.
