The Cody House is the premiere location in Teton Village offering the very best in comfort, luxury and location. Just yards from the base of Bridger Gondola, walking distance to everything else in the village proper and in the same building as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's "Kids Ranch", Cody D takes the words 'convenient location' to new heights! Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. The Cody House has an underground garage with assigned guest parking, unit storage and elevator access to the top floor where the condos are located. The lower level of the Cody House has a clinic and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's Kids Ranch. Please note: JHMR's Kids Ranch is active daily during the Summer and Winter months.
This single level condo features 1800 sq. ft. of living space including 2 bedrooms, large walk in closets, spacious living room, large kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. The unit is beautifully decorated and offers an open floor plan for the gourmet kitchen, dining and living room areas that features high vaulted ceilings with a stone fireplace and a heated deck with BBQ and a million-dollar view. The living area boasts plenty of room to lounge around and recover from the days adventures while the expansive, well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 4 provides the perfect space for preparing your favorite culinary masterpieces. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD and ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, which can be converted to a king for a fee, with private bath. The property also has a single Rollaway Bed for a fifth guest. A half bath and a laundry room round out the amenities for Cody D and are located off the living room in the hallway.
Parking: Guest have one designated parking space and access to a ski/gear locker in the private, underground garage area. In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base. In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round resort facility. Please expect operational noise at any given time in a 24 hour period from grooming equipment, avalanche bombing control and any additional infrastructure operations. The resort ski school and childcare facilities reside on the ground floor of the Cody building.

This skier's paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets' Couloir, has long been known for its' steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn't end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride among the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
