Positive: Good location, nicely decorated, nice breakfast, free tea and coffee anytime, Big thank you to Rida who was very welcoming and friendly 🙂🙏👍

Negative: We booked and were promised upper floor room for 4 nights which we double confirmed in advance but when we arrived they decided we had to spend two nights downstairs and then pack up and move upstairs. We found room downstairs was noisy at midnight and in the morning smelling cigarettes from the courtyard.

Summary: It would have been perfect if we got what we booked or at least if they try to make goodwill gesture for this disappoint
