Positive: staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with tips about marrakesh and the medina in particular. was served mint tea and snacks as soon as i arrived. during the course of my stay, i always spent 5-10 minutes talking with staff when i came and went. they were teaching me new darija (moroccan arabic) words and phrases. really made the whole experience feel more immersive.

Summary: fantastic riad, incredible staff!
