Positive: Very pretty little riad with a lovely rooftop (for breakfast - which was excellent Moroccan style). The owner was very kind and helpful.

Negative: Rooms slightly small but very comfy, and a few small fixes should make this place perfect (e.g. it would be great to be able to open the bathroom window onto the courtyard to let out hot shower air; fix the towel racks to the wall). But these are small details! Overall this is a very nice place.
