Our delightful 4-bedroom mill house (new Heating AC - 2016) consists on the ground floor of a large living room with fireplace, farmhouse kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other a king-size double, and stacks two twin beds in the third bedroom to accommodate 2 more people and bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. All rooms have original beams. There is both a covered terrace at the front overlooking the 10 x 5 new pool (March 2016) and ‘beach’ and the terrace at the back, with a gazebo, which runs the full length of the house and offers 360-degree panoramic views. The property sits on a large, fully fenced 5000 m² plot with olive, almond and citrus trees with a private double-gated entrance. Pets are welcome free of charge. Reversible air conditioning (2016).
