Positive: Good location, nice view from the balcony. Plenty of parking spaces, even a few only for motorcycles.

Negative: There was really unpleasant smell in the apartment, like mold or something. Even though we left the small window (there was only one) and the door opened, it was not helpful. It was possible to cope with it for two nights but I cannot imagine spending there longer time. Apart from the smell, the apartment was not very clean and floor was dirty. At the end of your stay you need to take your towels and linen to the reception, quite weird for me. The toilet paper rolls are quite small (it is actually a whole roll, not half of it as mentioned in some posts), so better be prepared ;) Access to a parking lot is quite steep and only for one car, not a pleasant experience if you do not like steep slopes.
