Positive: O quarto é grande e o café da manhã é bom

Negative: A varanda do quarto tem divisórias de grade, para delimitar a sacada de cada apartamento, porém ela tem um vão grande, então se vc estiver com pet ele consegue passar a grade e ir pros outros quartos, e também passou a sensação que as pessoas poderiam acessar as outras sacadas
