Villa Samos is a uniquely spectacular, two-bedroom stone villa on Samos's unspoiled Aegean Sea island, only a few steps from the sea and the Aghios Konstantinos' corniche. Its unique position allows visitors to access the local beaches, the "Ambelos" mountain, and the two largest towns of Samos island.
The property was built in 1920, renovated in 2021-22, and faces East-Northeast, towards the Aegean Sea. It is an ideal holiday destination for those who seek a simpler, more relaxed, and sophisticated vacation.
The house (180m2) is fully furnished in an elegant style for the utmost comfort of its occupants. Central heating, air conditioning (individually controllable for each room), and high-speed Internet guarantee your comfortable stay in the villa.
It comprises three floors; the ground and first floor have separate outdoor access.
The ground floor is on the same level as the swimming pool. This floor has a very comfortable sitting-dining area with a 50 inches smart TV, a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining room, all very functional and beautifully decorated. There is also a twin-bed sofa and a bathroom.
On the first floor, entering the main entrance, you may experience the fusion of modern and traditional architecture through the living room's stone, wooden, and glass elements.
