Centrally located in a quiet gated neighborhood, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to Disney parks, Universal Studios, Medieval Times, supermarkets, and restaurants. Take a day trip to a beach or Kennedy Space Center.

Hints of Modern, Relaxing & Mickey run throughout the home to brighten your stay. As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan with cathedral ceilings and luxury laminate flooring. The fully stocked kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There’s seating for 7 at the adjacent dining room table. The open living room has a sofa and armchairs and a 58-inch Roku TV. Sliding glass doors take you to the private lanai with outdoor patio furniture--a couch, 2 chairs and coffee table, as well as 2 lounge chairs adjacent to the private screened pool along with patio umbrella. The garage was converted into and amazing air conditioned cinema room boosting a spectacular sound system, featuring a 110" motorized sceen with a ceiling projector with Roku so you can stream your own subscription channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc... Plenty of seating for the family with a large sectional along with a nice decor touch throughout
The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet, 50-inch Roku TV, and master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The full bedroom has a 43-inch Roku TV. Kids will love the Mickey-themed full/twin bunk bed bedroom featuring led color lights plus a 43-inch Roku TV. A baby pack-and-play and high chair are provided.

Pool Heating Available for a fee of $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days; you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes some time to warm and is turned ON the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so, it is not guaranteed water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8 AM until 8 PM. No refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
