Summary: Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home in the neighborhood. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The only thing I would have changed was the tv was already logged into the owners Amazon fire tv account and had a user account lock. I wasn't able to download another streaming service or even watch a certain travel show. It is very nice of the owners to offer that service, but most people would just log into their own streaming service. All in all, very enjoyable!
