This unit is a 3 story beach house that has such close proximity to the beach, you can actually walk there! The ground floor has a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a futon that sleeps 4. The master has a covered terrace and its own bathroom. Same ground floor has another bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom and laundry facilities. The second level has a kitchen and an ample room where there are outside dining terrace and a third, full bathroom. On the third level is the the loft that sleeps up to four people- the individual mattresses abound! This house has two covered balconies, one facing the marina and the other one facing the ocean . There is enough entertainment in the house to suit all ages- the house includes VCR, DVD player and a stereo with two full speakers. Boat rentals, tennis courts, swimming pool, tiki bar, restaurant, and convenience store all very close by! Enjoy your stay and walk only to the beach!
