Positive: Location, amenities, size.
Negative: This is the 3rd time we've rented this house in 4 years. Each year, the house gets a little worse. It's tough to enjoy the house when we cannot cook or use the pool, especially when we are paying so much to rent it. Amenities were not clean, including pool, bathrooms, kitchen items, under beds, leftover garbage in every room from previous renters. Wood under master bed to support the bed. Refrigerator was missing trays. Top rack of the dishwasher was broken. A service man did come to correct, but needed to order a part. Pool was dirty and growing algae. Contacted Vacasa and after our 3rd morning, someone finally came to clean it. Prior to arrival, received notice stove was broken, it was actually two large burners that were not working. Difficult to cook family meals without large burners. Had to call to find out it would not be replaced until after our trip. Vacasa rep stated would receive $20 credit per day, which has still not been received.
