Positive: Gorgeous property in the middle of the redwoods 5 minutes from the downtown area of Gualala. I loved the mid century modern decor and the gorgeous garden views. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for family dinners and we loved the deck, bbq and playing corn hole.
Negative: We loved everything about this property the only think I could think of was because of the energy efficiency of this home the hot water didn’t last as long as we would like in the showers. With a family of 4 and the kids taking showers after each other it would be helpful to have longer hot water availability.
