Positive: We absolutely loved the house, so well equipped and a beautiful large garden with gorgeous views. Was fantastic to sit in the hot tub or pool looking at the views of hills. The house is a 3 bed but is so much bigger. We had a large en-suite with his and hers sinks and large shower room. A car is a must as Pombal is approximately 20 minutes away though there is a smaller supermarket about 10 mins away. There is even a garage to park the car and electric gates to keep you secure ! If you like a peaceful holiday then this is it ! Hosts were very friendly and we knew we could go to them if there was any help we needed but all was fine. They are sort of attached in another large house, not that you noticed. The only thing I would say was watch little ones with the edge of pool (little drop down), our lilos drifted over but you easily grab them back again. We really hope to be back some day :)
Negative: Possibly the little drop from the pool but I can see why as putting a fence up would remove the view and that would be a shame. Just keep an eye on your inflatables (easily retrieved though).
Summary: Stunning home with lovely owners, so much bigger than the photos show. Beautiful views and huge plot
