Positive: Most of all, it was super clean. No complaints at all about that, The owner (I think) was very pleasant for the brief time I saw him. No noise from other guests. Bed was fine. For one night, one person it was fine. Some neutral observations: The room was very sparse, and could really be called institutional. No bedside lamps. Pretty much nothing extra someone could steal. Overhead lights were a cold LED color.
Negative: It can get loud at night next to the main road, and I was in a back room. Not really criticism, but there was a smell that I couldn't put my finger on. Not exactly bad, some kind of a room fragrance product, but it seemed like there was just a touch of cigarette smoke in it. Maybe the last bit of years of cig smoke that won't go away. It was not great for me.
Summary: Don't expect anything but the basics, but very good for what it is.
