Summary: I’ve never experienced a more BYOEverything VEBO before. This place was completely bare bones. The soaps in all the bathrooms (3) were watered down. So probably 0.2% of the liquid in the dispenser was actually soap. The kitchen had soap in the dispenser which was nice. Bath towels, very used/worn, maybe 5 regular sized. Hand towels, 1 per bathroom (3 baths). Dish towel, none. Dish rag, one. We arrived late and walked in to the smoke detector beeping from a dead battery. No extra 9v batteries in existence. Four lamps total between the 3 bedrooms. The only lamp in the room my kids were in was missing the bulb. No extra light bulbs around. We did message the owner and the next day a single light bulb and 9v battery were dropped off to us. This place also does not seem to get cleaned, other than picked up, between guests. The guests before us must’ve had a dog(s) with them. Kibble was spilt in the garage, fur was all along the baseboards, and on the mattress pad in the master bedroom. My one child is allergic to dogs, so they were a bit sniffly and sneezy during our stay. As a family of food allergies we opt for places like this because we utilize the kitchen a lot! This kitchen had very little in the way of cooking materials. The microwave was filthy as were some of the very few cooking supplies. Window sills had debris and dead bugs very visible. The location was great! A good clean would’ve gone a long way along with nicer items within, stocked bathrooms, kitchen, extra.
