Positive: Great location, just a few steps from the Victoria Cross Metro Station, a grocery store and a few restaurants and pubs. Having my own laundry facilities in the room was excellent, although the reception team told me that they have a comunal laundry which is free of charge for guests that don't have their own washing machines. Really great that they provide you free laundry soap and dishwasher soap too. Friendly staff and room size was excellent!
Negative: The kitchen lacked some basic essentials, such as a spatcheler, serving spoon, oven mitts and paper towel. I did phone the reception and they sent up a spatcheler immediately. The bed is on wheels, so moves around easily, which is a bit of a pain. Also, the plug points in the room are all used and the only USB ports in the room are on the clock radio, which makes charging devices difficult. Small issues, otherwise a great stay!
