Summary: The unit was beautiful and the view was even better! Access to the restaurant was a plus! This complex has a very strict policy of no noise after 10 pm. We have family that live in the same complex and had them over after dinner on our first evening and received a complaint for noise. This threw a wrench in our after dinner plans for the remainder of the trip. The reason for 4 stars overall would be cleanliness. The shower doors needed work with the soap scum, the floors didn’t seem clean, the deck definitely needs upgraded with loose, splintering boards, ceiling fans had a lot of dust buildup and upon leaving when I stripped the sheets from the master bed, the mattress was pretty old and discolored. May seem like little things but shouldn’t happen at this price point. Another problem was the elevator didn’t work for the week of our stay…we had to carry a 50 pound piece of luggage up about 60 steps…and also climb these stairs every time we left. We could do that, but for someone who may be handicapped, this should be disclosed in property information. Overall, for the price that we paid and the problems we encountered with noise, cleanliness, etc. there are probably better options for the money. Host and assistant were friendly and very responsive to messages throughout the process. Everyone we encountered that worked for the property were outstanding and service was great!
