Light and very spacious apartment, renovated both in 2015 and in 2023. Sunny and large terrace overlooking La Concha mountain. Two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Elegant living room with flat screen TV with Spanish, English and Swedish TV-channels and streaming services. Wifi, garage space, and fully equipped kitchen. La Maestranza is a gated community and has 24/7 security service. It' s NOT allowed to smoke in the apartment. Groups of young people are not allowed at the property.

Summary: Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment It was spacious and had everything we needed nice balcony to relax on with good view, a good supermarket with everything we wanted bars and restaurants were all within walking distance, there was also a good bus service just down the bottom of the road which takes you right into Puerto banus . The swimming pools were great with plenty of sun beds We did enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
