Summary: Evrything about this house and property were above expectations. The backyard is an oasis and the palm trees and plants gave this back yard a very peaceful feel. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Im 46 and spent a shameful amount of time on their retro arcade consol, experiencing the nostalgia of childhood. The TV is a samsung Frame that has art when not on and was a nice touch. The house is located perfectly between Carpinteria and Santa Barbra, making everything close. A nice quiet neighboorhood with a full equine center behind. We enjoyed watching the horses through the secret passage way in the backyard. The house was clean and felt it must have been remodeled specifically for a custom guest experience. So many attention to detail throughout. We book alot of VRBOs and this one was one of the best. And Tatyana provided the best host experience i can recall. Even mailed me back some things we left hehind without charge and did so with positivity and joy. She is excellent!Thank you for helping our family connect in such a perfect setting!
