Despite being so close to the action, the Carriage House sits on a quiet residential section of downtown. Park your car and forget about it - walk to the best restaurants, shops and attractions in the Ancient City! Off-street parking is provided.
The Carriage House features a well stocked kitchenette with a portable cooktop, dishes and silverware, a Keurig coffee maker and a small fridge. Bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels / bed linens are provided. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee and a bottle of wine at check in!
There are 2 TV's in the unit, each with live and on demand channels via YouTube TV. Stream your music in the living room through a bluetooth lightbulb speaker!
The Carriage House is located just a few blocks from everything downtown St Augustine has to offer, yet it is in a very quiet residential area. We, the owners, live onsite at the main residence and have a duty to uphold the neighborhood feel of our lovely street!
Please note that access to the bathroom is via the bedroom, which is why we suggest the space is suitable for a couple or a small family that doesn't mind sharing the access!
