Ground Floor
On the ground floor is an entrance hallway and a single bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and lovely en-suite shower room with shower, WC and hand wash basin.
First Floor
A central staircase leads to the first floor with spacious open plan living area including a sitting room area with large TV/DVD, a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined washing machine/dryer, fridge, separate freezer.
Outside
There are arched doors lead to a raised gantry which goes down to a lovely courtyard area with seating. There is also additional paved area to the front with seating.

It makes a great base for exploring the many pretty farming villages along the Esk Valley and the wider North York Moors National Park, as well as the North Yorkshire Coastline with characterful harbour towns and villages.
