Positive: The property is very attractive and well maintained. The bedroom small but comfortable and very clean. Location great for beach & ferry.communal kitchen was a bonus

Negative: Nothing to dislike , my only thoughts are I would pay more for a larger room when we stay again

Summary: Perfect host, wonderful one night stay . Could do 5 days here
