Summary: Very nice unit in a great location. Updated and clean. Only 2 issues one that only 1 fob available and with teens out doing their own thing having to meet to let them in was a hassle. Second issue no ac in living room or main bedroom and it was HOT very hard to sleep in that heat with no ac. Only the kids bedroom had working ac. Owner was very nice and accommodating I mentioned no blow dryer in unit and he had one dropped off right away.
