- Street parking is generally available during the day, but can be hard to find in the evenings.
- Children welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child-proofed in any way.
- Must climb stairs: 2-story townhouse. There are 4 sets of stairs leading from the parking spot up to the home. One flight of stairs from street parking down to the home.
- Potential for noise: Underneath the flight path of SD international airport departures. The departures are prohibited. between 1130pm and 0630am. The first flight is usually exactly at 0630 am. Depending on the exact departure path, and aircraft type, you can hear the planes with windows shuts. (Not enough to interrupt conversation or wake me personally). With windows open, depending on exact flight path and aircraft type, the noise level is enough to interrupt conversation/require turning the TV up. The home has been refitted with insulation and double paned windows as part of the quieter homes project.
This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

Summary: The house was clean and had all the essentials, which was great! Location is great, close to all major attractions yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Yes, you do hear the planes but the white fan noise cancelles it out. And we loved that we didn't have to drive so far to the airport as we had a late flight and in turn a very early depature flight.
