Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Staff were attentive and always willing to help. Room was clean and modern, as was the whole hotel. Rooftop restaurant food was excellent, and airport pick-up/drop-off was a great touch. Ismael, the owner/manager, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. This is now my go-to hotel in Addis Ababa!
Summary: Exceptional service, great location, and a truly welcoming stay - my new go-to hotel in Addis Ababa!
