Positive: Location OK. Terrain a little difficult to manage but not real issue. House was very clean and bed very comfortable.
Negative: Had small pet with me and whenever went outside had to contend with neighbors large and loud dogs. They were fenced but still somewhat intimidating. Neighbor also played radio over speaker in yard on most days. Not what was expected. Only other issue was with early arrival and late checkout. Never have had an issue before but neither could be confirmed until the last minute which made planning a challenge.
