Positive: Lovely location, peaceful, fresh air, relaxed hosts, spacious, lovely views, welcome gifts ie apple juice, water and eggs, friendly dog, parking, good facilities, to cook, with fridge and electric oven. Olive oil and spices in kitchen, along with filtered coffee machine. Shower is hot within seconds. The place is warm with extra coverings. Anti mosquito spray provided for inside and out on the balcony. Tv is in both Italian and German.

Negative: There could have been some shower gel, the shower door needs some attention, the towels were very hard/stiff and either need conditioner or be replaced.
