Positive: The only reason I am putting that it wasn't easy to collect keys upon arrival is that the place I had booked was actually not available upon my arrival and so I had to travel to a new residence. Had that not been the case, I'm sure it would have been as easy as pie.
Negative: Upon arrival I was told the apartment I had booked was taken and there was a mistake, but there was another similar apartment available. The person working for the residence sent me the booking info so I was able to see this new apartment before potentially wasting my time, and then called me an uber to take me there. Told the uber the wrong address making me have to get out and catch another uber. New apartment was satisfactory but no AC. The 2 bedroom apartment came with one fan, I requested another fan seeing as there was 2 of us and 2 bedrooms and was told they only will stock one fan per 2 bedroom apartment. These were all minor annoyances IMO. Overall the apartment was nice and with the windows open at night it did cool down quite a bit. Lovely place, was just a bit shocked that they wouldn't provide a second fan.
