100 m2. More information by the provider: Very centrally located 4.5 room apartment (100sqm) on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached chalet with premises (stationary shop) on the ground floor. A small unfurnished balcony, a washing machine in the apartment as well as a storage room for sports equipment are available. There is no parking space directly next to the apartment. The public car park 'Bahnhof Ost' (Schulstrasse, opposite the train station, walking distance of 150m from the apartment) is available against a fee (CHF 5.00 per day / maximum of 5 days in a row is purchasable at the ticket machine). Luggage can be unloaded by parking in front of the chalet for a maximum of 1 hour (blue parking zone). The apartment "Pfander" is situated in the village centre of Zweisimmen. The train station (50m), the cable car Rinderberg (300m - walking distance of 4 minutes), the public children's playground (150m) as well as different shops (dairy, butcher shop, bakeries, supermarkets Migros and Coop, sport shops) are in close proximity.
