There are two toilets and two showers on the property Peaceful and quiet location - no through traffic Childrens playground just across the road and full size basketball court. BBQs and picnic area close by Boat launching ramp to Rutherford Inlet of Westernport Bay (tidal) is 30 metres away. Facilities for launching kayaks and canoes. Three jetties within 10 minutes walk for fishing. The cottage has been renovated with fully equipped kitchen, LCD TVs, microwave, dishwasher and reverse cycle split system air-conditioning. Property has ample onsite parking and is fully fenced - pets are welcome. All linen and towels are provided. Some basics such as soap, tea and coffee are also supplied.
