30' from your patio door is the property owners private beach.
Includes paddle boat and two kayaks.
Private on site boat launch which includes dock moorage.
Room to park a truck and boat trailer.
A 40 ft dock with seating is shared with owners. Excellent fishing right off the dock.
Your private patio with a swing overlooks 80' of beach. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Dining area seats 4.
Main kitchen and living area is retro 1950's décor with working 1958 Seberg jukebox, 1950's coke machine and a 1950's working record player with assortment of records. A new flat screen HD TV with Satellite TV included. Also available: Nintendo Wii.
This unit comfortably Sleeps 4 guests. Two in private bedroom with beautiful antiques. Two guests on a new double lounger in the living area. A stand alone full bathroom with tub and shower. Linens are included.
My beautiful flower gardens are in full bloom and grace the fence along our yard from late spring until first frost each year.
Outside fire ring is available when burning is permitted allowing you to cook hotdogs or Smores on the beach. A large outdoor table with seating is provided.
Area is quiet but within walking distance to a small store with limited amenities. Full services are available within a 10 minute drive in the small community of Loon Lake, including an excellent pizza/ice cream shop, two speciality coffee shops, a general store, gas stations and a laundromat.
