Positive: The room is nice, cosy, not small, with everything needed, including kitchen, tv, heater, inside. I really liked it. It felt home'ish. The owners returned to me a cross that I've left there after leaving the room.

Negative: It's quite far from the centre, but you can take line C from the environs of the bridge (the one having nice views of the city) to get there.

Summary: A nice, cosy, homey hotel in a fairy-tale-like city, albeit far from the centre.
