Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Beate is a wonderfully welcoming individual. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kept a respectful, discreet presence but was always available to attend to us when needed.

Negative: The pillows on the bed were a bit thin and offered little or no support. We simply bought new pillows for the remainder of our stay and trip.

Summary: Friendly , uncomplicated and a very pleasant hostess!
