The four bedrooms offer ample sleeping space, including two queens (one a master ensuite), one double, and one room with two twins. Step outside and enjoy the sunsets from the patio and deck! There is nothing like your morning coffee on the deck while you listen to the birds around our pollinator garden.
Our location is ideal, with easy access to hiking trails, various restaurants, Wegmans, the CMAC performing arts center, wineries/breweries, and all the Finger Lakes offers.
Experience the luxury of our private lake access, a unique feature exclusive to residents of our small association. Just a 3-minute walk to the private dock, complete with picnic tables, and indulge in sunbathing and swimming off the dock. We're also conveniently close to a public beach and marina for more water adventures.
Our property is designed to cater to your every need. Enjoy the luxury of double decks for sunset viewing and al fresco dining, a game room complete with foosball, games, and puzzles, a large TV for entertainment, and a laundry room for your convenience. A new infrared 2-person sauna is also available on the premises, offering a perfect way to unwind.
