its proximity to playa del Carmen , Tulum and akumal makes it the perfect location for a romantic or family get away.
our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths , both bedrooms have thier own private on suite bathroom so each space is personal when traveling in a group or family.
this condo building is only 3 stories but has 2 elevators to ease your stay when transferring bags or groceries.
we have 2 luxurious pools , a restaurant, gym and store on site plus within a short distance is the Bahia principe resort area .which has pools and beaches which is free to use, plus theres a private beach just for condo guests.
This area also has a dive shop, tours and the all inclusive plan which you can purchase by the day for those times you don't want to go out or cook.
discounts are offed as guests for individual meals and activities . see the staff at anah for more information.
there is onsite grocery stocking and chef for a fee if you prefer to set that up in advance.
the owners of this condo ron and Kathy paulick can set you up with excursions , private chef , tours , diving or anything else upon request as they have extensive contacts in the area to suit your needs.
this will really add a secure feeling and personal touch to your stay.
other services that can be offered are scuba instruction and certification , as the owner is also a padi scuba instructor.
