Summary: The house was amazing. The owner was very communicative before during and after the stay. We had an issue on the day of check in. It was late in the evening and the lock didn’t work and we were unable to get into the house. We ended up having to stay at a local hotel for the night but when we did finally speak with the owner he was extremely apologetic and corrected the issue immediately for the rest of the trip. He also took care of ensuring we were compensated for the problem of not being able to get in. Once we got into the house everything was great. Rooms were spacious and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The pool and yard area was awesome for kids and adults alike. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night after the kids were in bed. House had everything you could want or need for a vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and if we ever travel to the Orlando area again we will definitely rebook with Anthony.
